This absolutely beautiful ram is carved by the renowned Zuni carver, Fabian Cheama. His talent shines with this piece, a ram resting its front legs on a rock, as if trying to see farther into the distance with his turquoise eyes. Each detail is carved precisely, with the fur and horns wonderfully textured. This fetish is carved out of a colorful piece of picasso marble that displays most of its variations in color. This stone is found mostly in Utah; identifiable by its striking and dramatic combination of browns, blacks, grays and white colors, each piece is different.
