This beaver is carved out of a very light piece of picasso marble, a stone that is found mostly in Utah and is identifiable by its striking and dramatic combination of browns, blacks, grays and white colors, each piece is different. The beaver sits back on his haunches, surveying his surroundings with bright turquoise eyes.
